Nneka Jethro-Iruobe

Nneka Jethro-Iruobe is a seasoned Human Resources leader who recently concluded a long-term tenure at KPMG Nigeria, where she serves as an Associate Director in the People & Change (HR Advisory Services) unit.

She is widely known as “The Happy Employee Coach,” a brand through which she advocates for workplace satisfaction and financial literacy for professionals.

Nneka Jethro-Iruobe believes that employees deserve and can learn to be HAPPY at work if they master managing their manager and multiplying their money. As the Happy Employee Coach, she believes only happy employees can lead companies to achieve the highest levels of personal productivity & profitability.

In late 2024, she was recognized as a Top 10 Exceptional Professional in HR at The Iconic Brand Awards and named an Expert in Compensation & Benefits by the HR Talent Hub.
