Dami Oguntunde is a Nigerian edtech entrepreneur, executive coach, and serves as the Senior Pastor of The PowerPoint Tribe. He is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harde Business School (often referred to as the Hardeverse), an interactive online platform for professional development.

As CEO, Oguntunde leads a platform that gamifies higher education in Africa to make learning more accessible and value-driven. He facilitates modules on Personal Effectiveness, strategy, and leadership development, specifically within the school’s flagship Business Leadership Executive Program (BLEP). Under his leadership, the school secured support from the Mastercard Foundation and Co-creation Hub (CcHUB) to expand its reach across sub-Saharan Africa.

Education and Background

He holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology (2023–2024). He graduated with a B.Sc. in Real Estate from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile-Ife, where he was also active in Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE).

Oguntunde is a frequent speaker on leadership and growth, and he has authored several books, including Love Math, The Pauline Prayer, and Beautiful Scars.
