As the founder and CEO of House of Ajebo, he leads one of Africa’s biggest cartoon comedy platforms on YouTube, with over 2.4 million subscribers and a growing Global fanbase across Africa, Europe, the UK, the US, and the wider African diaspora. His iconic character, Tegwolo, a mischievous Warri boy, has become a household name, entertaining millions with humorous sketches rooted in African realities. Tegwolo is the most-watched Made in Africa Cartoon character (The Viral King) with about a Billion views on YouTube.
Ajebo is also the brain behind JENI AND KENI, an Afro-fusion educational and entertainment platform for children aged 1–6, as well as a growing ecosystem of children’s content brands, which includes Story Island by HOA, Explore with Naya and Friends, and Bounce Bop Crew.
In a recent interview with CNN’s African Voices, Ajebo gained global recognition for the impact his work has created in Africa; bridging the gap between education and entertainment, promoting African values, culture, and confidence among young learners.
Ajebo is the creator of the annual stand-up comedy show AJEBO UNLEASHED, a consistently sold-out show with over 4,000 people in attendance, blending comedy, music, and animated performance. He has successfully hosted 12 editions.
